RoofCheckSA provides a roof condition report for a once-off fee of R299. The report is an AI-assisted estimate based on satellite data for your address and the photos and information you supply. Condition details (rust, cracks, sealant) can only be assessed from your photos. It is not a quotation, structural survey or guarantee, and must not be relied on for insurance, property transfer or safety decisions.
Cost ranges are indicative ballparks. A fixed price requires an on-site inspection and a written quote from a contractor.
Delivery: Orders placed 07:00 to 19:00 (SAST) are delivered within the hour. Later orders are delivered by 08:00 the next morning. The report is emailed as a PDF to the address you provide.
Payment: payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
Report not delivered: if you haven't received your report within 24 hours of payment, you get a full refund of R299.
Photos or satellite data not usable: if we can't assess your roof from your photos and the satellite data, we will first ask for new photos. If we still can't produce a useful report, you get a full refund.
Duplicate or mistaken payments: refunded in full.
After delivery: the report is a digital service that is complete once delivered, so delivered reports are not refundable unless they are materially wrong about your property (for example the wrong address). In that case we will correct the report or refund you.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method via Paystack, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
