We collect your name, email, phone number, property address, roof details and roof photos to produce your report and to contact you about it.
After payment, your address is used to obtain satellite imagery and roof measurements from Google Maps Platform, and your photos and the satellite image are processed by an AI service provider to produce the report. Payment is processed by Paystack. If you start an order but don't pay, we may send you one reminder email.
Contractor referrals: we only share your details with a roofing contractor if you tick the consent box on the order form or request a free site visit.
This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and cookies to measure visits and how well our ads work: for example page views, when a checkout is started and when a purchase is completed. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta through the Pixel.
Meta may process this data under its own privacy policy.
You can opt out of ad personalisation in your Facebook ad settings, or block cookies in your browser settings.
We keep order records for up to 3 years. You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
